Design
Integrated Automation’s “iA” design engineers have a vast experience in the different phases of all aspects of solutions, whereby the performance and regulations are met.
Our team is located in Kuwait with regional presence in GGC are involved first hand in building client’s designs and re-design of an existing requirement or simply provide consultations to our clients.
Management
The Management team primary consisting of Project Managers and Senior staff members are engaged across the entire life time of the project, this includes Project Planning, Approvals, Design Consultation, Staff management and most importantly the delivery of client’s requirement.
Implementation
Integrated Automation’s “iA” Implementation technical team have the experience and capability to implement and drive to success the engineered design.
The Implementation phase consisting of Installation, configuration, Testing and Commissioning, Handover, and Training is our bread and butter.
Support
Integrated Automation’s “iA” Support team also known as after sales service team are measured (and appreciated) by their prompt response.
The team’s main focus is to take full ownership of the project’s operation in the form of Warranty, Maintenance Contracts, Service-Level Agreement (SLA) and Support calls.
